Your benefit coverage for care provided by WakeMed is determined solely by your insurance company and is based on the provisions of your specific medical benefit plan. Please contact the customer service department on the back of your member identification card to confirm that you have in-network access to WakeMed and WakeMed Physician Practices.

Please Note: Professional fees charged by health care providers and facilities who are not employed, managed or owned by WakeMed may not be included under the same insurance contracts and may bill separately. This could include pathology, radiology, anesthesiology and ambulatory surgery centers. Please contact those providers or facilities directly for an estimate and list of accepted insurance plans.
