Our WakeMed Maternal Fetal Medicine office offers a sub-specialty of obstetrics that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of expectant mothers and their unborn babies.

Our Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists provide specialty care for all pregnancies, including those with "high risk" maternal or fetal conditions. We offer high-level and advanced prenatal diagnosis with comprehensive ultrasound, genetic counseling and potentially therapeutic interventions for maternal and fetal care. We provide consultative and collaborative prenatal care with our primary obstetric provider to provide patients and their families with the support and education they need to achieve a successful pregnancy.
