WakeMed Preferred Tier

WakeMed is proud to offer employees a preferred level of benefit coverage including reduced copays, coinsurance and deductibles for providers in the WakeMed Preferred Tier:

  • WakeMed services provided at any of our in- and outpatient locations
  • All WakeMed Physician Practices locations
  • WakeMed’s joint venture facilities (Capital City Surgery Center, Holly Springs Surgery Center, etc.).

Rezilient with WakeMed

WakeMed medical plan members and dependents aged 7+ have no cost access to exceptional concierge primary care and specialty care via in-person at Rezilient with WakeMed CloudClinics, via at-home telehealth, or 24/7 messaging. In-person care is available at four conveniently located Rezilient with WakeMed CloudClinics. The Rezilient with WakeMed benefit includes:

  • Coverage for medical plan members (including enrolled dependents aged 7+)
  • $0 copay and $0 deductible for primary care, urgent care and specialty care consults
  • Access to Rezilient’s hands-on care coordination to help you get high-quality, low-cost health care within the WakeMed Preferred Tier
