Benefits Open Enrollment Going on Now!
Benefits Open Enrollment runs Monday, October 13, through Friday, October 31.
All employees are encouraged to review Benefits information carefully before making enrollment selections online in The HUB. Any changes you make to your benefits during Open Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2026. For more information about benefits available for 2026, review these resources:
WakeMed Virtual Urgent Care: An Employee Benefit
WakeMed employees and dependents who are enrolled in the WakeMed medical plan can use WakeMed MyChart to schedule an urgent care video visit to get expert care from WakeMed Urgent Care providers you know and trust.
- Providers treat patients age four months and up.
- Appointments are generally available within 30 minutes.
- Providers are available 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week, excluding some holidays.
This service is also available to everyone, whether or not you are on the WakeMed Medical Plan.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Log in to MyChart and select Schedule an Appointment > Urgent Care > Virtual Urgent Care Reserve Your Spot.
