Welcome to WakeMed Urgent Care in Garner, located just off Highway 70 in the former NextCare Urgent Care building near White Oak Shopping Center. Our exceptional team is here to serve you and your family seven days a week with adult and pediatric urgent care services. Our Garner Urgent Care team includes board-certified physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners all committed to this community and our patients – right here in Garner.

We do our best to ensure that priority is given to patients experiencing the highest level of illness and injury in a timely manner.
Urgent Care Services
- Common illnesses: cold, flu, fever, cough, sore throat, sinus problems, urinary conditions, vomiting/stomach bug, hives and allergic reactions and more
- On-site x-ray and lab work
- IV therapy (for dehydration)
- Injuries: pulled muscle, sprain, broken bone, animal bite, bug bite, sting
- Stitches/laceration repair
- Vaccinations
- Physical exams for employment, camp, school or athletics
- Occupational medicine
- Workers’ compensation/workplace injuries
