• Outpatient Lab
• Outpatient Rehabilitation

All WakeMed outpatient facilities and services, including WakeMed Physician Practices, will open at 10 am.

At WakeMed Physician Practices, we are working hard to ensure patients have access to the care they need.

Scheduled Appointments

If you have a scheduled appointment impacted by inclement weather watch for text messages, MyChart messages and/or phone calls from your provider’s office. These communications will provide information on the status of the appointment. Many patients will be offered the option to complete their appointment virtually through MyChart. If your visit cannot be completed virtually or you choose not to have a virtual visit, your appointment will need to be canceled and rescheduled. Learn more about MyChart Virtual Visits.

Communication Methods

Even if our physical office locations are closed, our phone lines will remain open during normal business hours, and staff will be actively responding to MyChart messages. If you have any questions or non-urgent health care needs, please contact your provider’s office directly.
