WakeMed Spinal Cord Injury or Disease (SCI/D) Support Group

Individuals with SCI who want support and connection with others are welcome. This group offers a space to share experiences, ask questions and learn from others navigating similar journeys. Meetings are held both virtually and in-person.
WakeMed Conference Dining is located on the first floor of WakeMed’s Raleigh Campus near the WakeMed Rehabilitation Hospital. Please allow yourself extra time to park and find the room.

Frequently Asked Questions
Visitors attending WakeMed Rehab’s support groups can park on the first floor of the P5 parking deck. You will be sent a code to access the deck with your monthly email reminder. Follow signs to the designated Outpatient Rehab parking area. Upon exiting the deck, turn right to enter the front entrance of the Health Park.
You may also use designated patient handicapped parking spots in the lot in front of the Health Park.
Yes, this support group is open to all! You also do not have to receive care at WakeMed to come.
