What is an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships combine paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction to prepare workers for highly skilled careers. Workers benefit from apprenticeships by receiving a skills-based education that prepares them for their career. Apprenticeship programs help employers recruit, build, and retain a highly skilled workforce.

Requirements:

  • Must be in their last year of their dedicated program
  • Must be in an accredited medical sonography program
  • Must be able to provide verification of enrollment in the programs
