Perinatal Sonography Scholar Apprenticeship

You’ll receive hands-on training in both classroom and clinical settings, gaining the skills you need to succeed in ultrasound imaging.

You’ll train in essential areas of medical imaging such as:

• Sonographic Physics - Learn how sound waves create detailed images used in medical diagnosis.
• Cross-Sectional Anatomy - Understand how to identify organs and tissues in the body using ultrasound views.
• Abdominal Sonography - Get hands-on training scanning abdominal organs like the liver, kidneys, and gallbladder. 
• Obstetrical/Gynecological Sonography - Learn to perform ultrasounds during pregnancy and examine the female reproductive system.
• Patient Care Skills - Develop professional skills to care for patients with confidence and compassion.
