Kayla Stuber, NP

Kayla Stuber is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with clinical interests in resuscitation and management of patients with multiorgan failure. She is also engaged in performing invasive procedures and treating acute respiratory failure. She finished her undergraduate degree while attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downer’s Grove, IL. Next, she earned a nurse practitioner master’s degree with a dual concentration in family nurse practitioner care and adult-gerontology acute care.

Stuber’s personal philosophy of patient care is centered on delivering individualized, patient-focused care that recognizes all patients and their loved ones as valued members of the healthcare team. She is committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional development to ensure she provides safe, evidence-based, high-quality care. She advocates for patients regardless of the complexity or severity of their conditions, delivering proactive, compassionate and collaborative care that supports the best possible outcomes.

Growing up in the mountains of Western North Carolina has profoundly influenced Stuber’s values, interests and appreciation for the outdoors. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, fishing, hiking and gardening together. She also enjoys reading, watching documentaries and cooking a variety of cuisines.
