Kayla Cadden, PA

Kayla Cadden is a board-certified physician assistant. She earned her undergraduate degree while attending Immaculata University in Malvern, PA. She completed her master’s degree at West Chester University in West Chester, PA.

Cadden’s patient care philosophy is rooted in treating every individual with respect and dignity, while recognizing the unique experiences, values and needs each patient brings to their health care journey. She strives to approach patients as she would family members — with compassion, attentiveness and a strong commitment to their well-being.

She believes in fostering a collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understood and genuinely cared for. Active listening is a cornerstone of her practice. She takes the time to fully understand patient concerns, fears and goals — both medical and personal — so she can provide care that is not only clinically sound but also emotionally supportive. Shared decision-making is at the heart of her approach. She aims to ensure that patients are well-informed and actively involved in decisions about their care. By communicating clearly and empathetically, she helps them make confident choices that align with their values, preferences and lifestyle.

When not seeing patients, Cadden enjoys running and participating in Orangetheory classes. She also loves reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
