About Me
Dr. Anastasia Finch is board certified in clinical neuropsychology and joined WakeMed in 2026. She specializes in adult neuropsychology and has special interests in dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and multiple sclerosis. She completed her master's degree in clinical psychology at Columbia University in New York, NY and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Finch completed her internship at the Baltimore VA Medical Center in Maryland and her post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge, MA, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Before joining WakeMed, Dr. Finch worked as an outpatient neuropsychologist in Raleigh and Durham.
Dr. Finch values each individual’s experience and is committed to personalized, collaborative treatment and recommendations. She provides a personalized testing experience and tailored recommendations for each patient and strives to communicate all information in ways that are helpful to each individual.
Outside of working, Dr. Finch enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants.
