I had to be at the Urgent Care three times in over a week. Each time I saw Dr. Sasser and she took very good care of me. She addressed all my concerns with compassion and care.

Everyone was very good listening to my concerns and they asked questions to be sure they understood why I was there after seeing my family drs office just two days before. Have already recommended this office to others ….

Kayla was very kind and sensitive to my concerns. She asked questions and listened before performing her exam. I even feel she went the extra mile with providing care that my PCP doesn’t even do.

Knowledgeable well- attentive staff with good communication skills. I felt welcomed and received the care I needed in a minimal window of time on a holiday weekend.

After this visit, I will probably never take my family or loved ones anywhere else. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. Superb bedside manners. Very compassionate and understanding and more important very skilled. PA was able to quickly locate the problem and extract the foreign object from my child's ear. Front counter personnel was friendly and were able to quickly get my child to be seen.
