Causes for Rejection
Clotted, wrong tube type, grossly hemolyzed, over or underfilled collection tube
Instructions
Double-spin: Centrifuge upon receipt, aliquot plasma, centrifuge aliquot and aliquot spun plasma.
Freeze plasma if testing cannot be completed within ambient stability period.
