Wrong collection container, clotted specimen, insufficient volume, Sample types other than those indicated in the acceptable list (e.g. urine, CSF, bronchial wash, synovial, etc.), Samples collected in additive tubes (e.g EDTA, Sodium Citrate, etc), Samples on ice, Sample received greater than 1 hour from collection.
