Causes for Rejection
Absence of swab in transport tube. Submitting the white swab from the White Unisex kit.
Instructions
If using the white collection kit with two swabs (one blue, one white), the white swab is for cleaning and should be discarded. Do not submit the white swab for testing. Only submit the blue swab for testing
