2021 Special Enrollment Period in Response to the COVID-19 Emergency

Recognizing the hardships COVID-19 has presented for the American Public, on January 28, 2021, an executive order by President Biden and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) established a Special Enrollment Period for individuals and families to apply and enroll in healthcare coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
The open enrollment period will run February 15, 2021 through May 15, 2021. Consumers seeking to take advantage of the additional enrollment period can find out if they are eligible and sign up by visiting healthcare.gov.
