Dr. Bovard is very nice and professional. Office manager is very poor at communicating and does not get back to you regarding billing questions or concerns. That part has been horrible over the last year, so I would not recommend this office to anyone

No, not in this visit, but rather when I actually had surgery. After the procedure Dr. Bovard noticed my blood pressure was staying rather low. During my many conversations with Dr. Bovard I always stressed to him the various situations I found myself in due to having factor 5 and being on the blood thinner [Rx]. After watching me in recovery and seeing that my blood pressure was still not coming up after an hour or so, Dr. Bovard that like you knew the problem and that I was []. I ended up spending one week in the hospital after []. During this visit, I finally had the chance to thank Dr. Bovard for listening to all the things I told him about my medical history and then knowing all that you know exactly what to do to get me in a stable state
