Dr. Chang has always been very thoughtful and seems to really listen to my health care concerns. She is open and tries to help me find the best care if I need to be referred to a specialist.
Dr Chang had my visit rescheduled for the appropriate amount of time to do a thorough examination and cover everything necessary accordingly to my complaint and symptoms. Dr. Chang was also able to coordinate an urgent radiology appointment the same afternoon. Excellent service always.

Front desk welcomed me warmly. Medical assistant was very professional and pleasant. First visit with Dr Chang was excellent -- she allowed me plenty of time to cover all my concerns and make a plan to address them. Onsite lab tech was convenient and was reassuring as I am a nervous patient and her technique in drawing my blood sample was the best experience I have had. Overall, great team work making my visit comfortable and positive!

The nurse who did my vitals was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. She was very kind, patient, and professional. And she is the first nurse I have known in all my trips to clinics and hospitals over the years that checked a blood pressure perfectly correctly! She made sure my arm was raised to the level of my heart. That made me confident that I was going to receive competent care in this practice. Also, the lab tech was kind, professional, and I didn't even feel the stick! The front desk staff was super friendly, professional, and fast. They knew what they were doing and were very organized. I had zero wait time at every point during my visit from front desk to nurse to doctor to lab to check-out. By far, this was the best experience I've had at a primary care clinic.

Doctor Chang was THE BEST primary care doctor I've met. I've been trying to find a good PCP since I moved to the Triangle in 2018 and I finally feel like I found a great one. She'd fully reviewed my record before my appointment, listened to all I had to say, answered all my questions, asked me how I prefer to work with my PCP and was just FANTASTIC. I also heard her talking to her MA before she entered the room and she was so kind to the MA. I feel like I won the doctor lottery with Dr. Chang.
