About Me

Dr. Wagdy Elmahdy is a board-certified family medicine physician with over two decades of experience in patient care. Dr. Elmahdy received his medical degree from Alexandria University in Egypt. After completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery at El Gomhoria Hospital in Alexandria, Egypt, Dr. Elmahdy went on to complete his family medicine residency training at Prince George’s Hospital in Maryland, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Elmahdy believes in the value of human care, not just physician care, and the importance of exploring all available resources for superior outcomes in patient-centered care. Outside of work, Dr. Elmahdy enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
