Dr. Fowler demonstrates concern and has excellent listening skills. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain the side effects of my medications and how they may interact with other medicine should I take them, even the OTC meds.

Never before have I been to any Dr. That showed as much concern, caring, professionalism, and friendliness as Dr. Fowler and her staff. It will be a horrifying day hat I can not see her for my care.
Dr. Fowler's assistant went over and beyond in helping me after, when leaving, had a spasm in my foot. She went for a chair and rolled me outside. Once there, she brought me a chair to sit on while I waited for my ride I really appreciated that.
The medical assistant to Dr Fowler who took my blood test and my vitals was Sheri []. She was very professional, friendly and efficient.

I think Dr Fowler is incredible: knowledgeable, caring, professional. She makes you feel like you're her only patient when judging by how long it took me to get in for an annual physical.. I'm not! :-). I feel fortunate that I moved into the neighborhood about the same time she began practicing at WakeMed PC Oberlin so that I'm able to be one of her patients, I know she now is not accepting new patients.

It was my first visit with Dr Fowler. She took a lot of time to review my medical history. I didn’t feel at all rushed. I mmm eat Ena, the receptionist, first and she was very friendly. Hutch then led me into the exam room where he went over my medical history and noted any questions I had for the doctor. He was very personable and professional. A great team in all!

Doctor Fowler had read all my medical records before I arrived and knew everything about me. She didn't read it from the computer made feel feel like a person instead of a number. She's a very impressive Doctor and has my utmost respect.
Very professional environnent (Dr. Fowler, check in person and attending nurse). This is a very convenient location with plenty of parking. On a nice day, walking to an appointment could be an option.

This was a scheduled physical but I did come to the appointment sick. The front desk moved me right away to an examination room. Hutch came in with full protection as did Dr. Fowler. Dr Fowler always is excellent. I was unable, originally, to schedule in the time frame I felt necessary with Dr Fowler as she is in high demand. Since Dr Fowler is my PCP I preferred to see her but her schedule was full until April so I scheduled with another Dr within the practice for a nagging issue. I was contacted by a nurse with Dr Fowler who offered me an earlier appointment that had opened up with Dr. Fowler and I didn't even as for that! Exceptional!

This was my first time visiting the doctor. I was very impressed with her. My prior doctor( she retired) was excellent. I never thought I could find someone as efficient as her or straight forward with you about your health. Even though this was a first visit, I can tell that Dr. Fowler is invested in her patients care.

Quality of care, validation of and respect for concerns, and pleasant attitudes of both Dr. Fowler and medical assistant were outstanding. The medical assistant (male, Hatch? - I didn’t quite catch and clarify his name - was working with Dr. Fowler during my visit) was exceptional. Introduced himself by name and proper title, respectful demeanor, obvious mastery of thorough recordkeeping, attention to detail, understood nuances, communicated well, exhibited patience. Proficient clinical skills. Frankly, one of the best I’ve seen.
From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, I felt cared for by the front office staff, Hutch, and Dr. Fowler. Everything about this medical team is top-notch.

Not being able to contact doctor’s office directly by phone is frustrating. Using my chart messaging or the current phone system of having to leave a message leaves the patient uncertain if anyone has seen and acting on the message left for the doctor.
