Tiara Phillips, NP

Tiara Phillips is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with clinical interests in critical care and pulmonology, bringing over 20 years of critical care experience to WakeMed. She began her postsecondary education at University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, earning a bachelor's degree in cardiopulmonary science. She received her master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. 

Phillips treats every patient like they are her family, with respect and patience. She strives to provide the best care possible to her patients. 

Outside of work, Tiara enjoys spending time with her family and pets (one cat, three dogs, six geckos) traveling, reading, enjoying all things Disney and watching hockey — the Tampa Bay Lightning.
