About Me
Dr. Theresa Flynn is a board-certified primary care pediatrician dedicated to serving vulnerable populations, including immigrants, refugees, children in foster care, and children with behavioral health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Dr. Flynn received her medical degree from Duke University and completed her residency at the University of California in San Francisco. She is fluent in Spanish and currently serves on the Board of the North Carolina Pediatric Society.
Dr. Flynn believes in partnering with children and their families to embrace hope and healing, while sharing the journey of resilience and growth. She thoroughly enjoys watching her patients grow up and celebrating their successes.
Outside of work, Dr. Flynn enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and three dogs. She also enjoys live theater, dog parks, and visiting with friends.
