Stephanie Ehlers, MSN, CNM, WHNP- BC

Stephanie Ehlers is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has clinical interests in all aspects of obstetrics, gynecologics and reproductive health. She has a special interest in sexual health and works hard to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where these sensitive and important concerns can be openly discussed. She began her postsecondary education at United States Military Academy at West Point in West Point, NY and earned an additional bachelor's degree at Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson School of Nursing in Philadelphia, PA. She went on to complete a master's degree from Georgetown University, School of Nursing & Health Studies in Washington, DC.

Ehlers believes in a patient-centered approach to care, based on trust and open communication. She enjoys building strong, respectful relationships and empowering patients through education and shared decision-making. She is especially committed to trauma-informed care, creating safe environment where patients feel heard, understood and supported. She desires every patient to feel heard and that their care is personalized to their specific needs.

When not at work, Ehlers loves to spend time with her husband, three daughters and mom. She is a hockey fanatic: "Go Canes!" She leads a healthy lifestyle and stays active through a variety of activities.
