About Me

Dr. Sarah Bradley is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urogynecologist with clinical interests in pelvic floor disorders, such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence as well as sexual dysfunction, genitourinary syndrome of menopause and vulvovaginal disorders. She began her undergraduate education at The University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, MO. She remained there for medical school within their School of Medicine. She relocated to Asheville, NC, for residency, attending Mountain Area Health Education Center. She then moved to Washington, DC, to attend graduate school at Georgetown University and complete fellowship training through Georgetown University / MedStar Washington Hospital Center Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Bradley takes a personalized approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of building strong connections with her patients. She believes understanding their lives, health backgrounds and personal goals is crucial for effective treatment. By engaging in open conversations, she makes patients feel heard and valued, which lays the groundwork for a trusting relationship. Once she has a clear picture of their unique circumstances, Dr. Bradley is dedicated to offering safe and tailored treatment options that align with their specific needs. Her goal is to promote better health outcomes, as patients are more likely to engage in their care when they feel understood and supported.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Bradley enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons. Together, they love traveling to explore new places and cultures. Nature lovers, they also enjoy hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach or riding bikes, while exploring local trails. Dr. Bradley also makes time for her artistic side by cooking, writing calligraphy, painting watercolor and completing crafts with her kids.
