The nurse who called prior to my virtual visit was very caring and efficient. I was sick so I missed her name unfortunately. When Dr. Rupcich began the visit, even though we had a technical problem, he quickly resolved it by calling me. He was very kind and helpful.

My wife and I are new to the Triangle and it has not been easy to find a primary care provider with availability - being a health care provider myself I can be pretty attentive to good (and not so good) care. Dr. R was "great" - he took the time to introduce himself, to review records, and to explain options - all with good grace and humor and attention to detail. The check-in and check out process was a breeze. Your patient portal is also a "breeze"....so, so far so good. Happy holidays

My visit with Dr Rupich was due to my previous GP is closing his current practice. His level of attention and covering all old clinicals, and in some items, the lack thereof. He is personable, intelligent, and very attentive. For one lab, that returned positive, he called me directly to not be concerned until additional results were received. In fact the additional results proved it to be a non-issue in the end. I wish I had started my care with him earlier as being his patient has improved my health care.

This was a very pleasant surprise. When I moved to Atlanta, I tried 3 different primary care physicians before settling on 1 for the next 20 years. Dr. Rupcich exhibited the characteristics and behavior I look for in a PCP. One visit is not enough contact time to be sure, but this was very encouraging.
Dr. ROBERTO RUPCICH is very compassionate and listens very well to your concerns. I like that he does not rush through the appointment and takes time to answer and explain any questions you may have.

I appreciate him helping me because my sugar was dropping extremely low and I was very sick. He simply told me to stop the new medication and never take it again. He also helped me with my blood pressure. He said double the doses. I did and it helped my blood pressure go down. I really appreciate him helping me out.
