Rachel Hayes, MHS, PA-C

Rachel Hayes is a board-certified physician assistant with clinical interests in peripheral arterial disease (PAD), dialysis access, carotid artery stenosis (CAS), stroke prevention and management, venous thromboembolism (VTE) and preventative vascular care. She completed her undergraduate education at University of North Carolina Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. She earned her master's degree while attending Duke University in Durham, NC.

Her personal patient care philosophy is to provide competent and compassionate care to individuals of all backgrounds and walks of life. She believes all patients deserves to feel heard, respected and empowered as an active partner in their treatment and long-term health.

When not seeing patients, Hayes enjoys traveling, swimming, playing pickleball and spending time with her husband and Australian Shepherd!
