Dr Kopparthy and all of the staff were very kind and compassionate. They explained everything and were very professional yet I felt they really cared about me.

Dr Kopparthy took her time with me, made adequate eye contact, seemed to really listen to what I had to say. She was very welcoming and very knowledgeable in her field. I actually enjoyed my visit with her.
The staff showed extra care towards me due to my mobility issues. It was appreciated.
Basically the whole process was easy, delivery of care was excellent and time taken with me by both the nurse and Dr Kopparthy was great.

Doctor & Staff were exceptional.....not rushed through the plan going forward....Dr. Kopparthy listed and answered all questions & concerns in a manner that a non-medical person could understand. Scale of 1 to 10, she's a 20.

I especially like Dr Kopparthy's Nurse Navigator, Julia []. She is high energy and really made me feel she was there for me, whatever I need.
The staff from front desk to patient care and the doctor herself made the experience feel really good and secure. I did compliment on the cleanliness, and learnt that it had opened in September 2022.

I did not have to wait long to the nurses and doctors at my appointment. The staff including the doctor listened, offer advice, explained side effects of the treatment and gave good encouragement. The entire staff was very polite, helpful and most of all professional.

I was treated with kindness and compassion thru the entire process. I was impressed with the skills and knowledge of both Dr. Kopparthy and her nurse, who stayed with me the entire time and offered support and words of encouragement about the procedure I am about to undergo.
She was one of the best oncologist/hemotologist I’ve been to about my condition. She listened & explained what I didn’t understand has tried to do more to find underlying condition. Id give her 10 stars if I could!!

Dr. Kopparthy rates at the top of the spectrum for her listening, caring and explanation.....makes EVERYTHNG associated with my treatment easy to understand. Also the Infusion Center staff from Registration to Labs to Nursing staff are beyond compare.
This entire first 4 weeks of my chemotherapy and immunotherapy has been stress free due to care given by the nursing staff. They are exceptional at what they do.

She sits down and doesn’t rush you. She looks at your face to make sure you don’t have any questions or concerns. She always says if you think about anything else to send her a message in my chart. She’s patient and I need that.
