Every one from the receptionist at the check in point to the nurse who took my vitals to the provider provider, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The whole experience was very pleasant for me as a new patient.

1) he apologized for running late. That showed respect for me and my time. 2) he listened attentively and gave helpful responses to my questions. 3) he had to step out briefly for an urgent care patient and he again apologized! 4) his notes were accurate and felt like a reflection of my experience. And he even said something about my being very active in my care, which made me feel valued and seen as a partner in my care!
