About Me

Dr. Neelam James is a board-certified doctor of osteopathic medicine with clinical interests in lifestyle and preventive medicine, office procedures, dermatology, pediatrics, medical education and clinical teaching. She attended medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine – Carolinas Campus in Spartanburg, SC. She finished her residency at Prisma Health-Seneca Family Medicine in Seneca, SC.

Dr. James is passionate about the wide breadth of family medicine and appreciates the development of physician-patient relationships. She supports each individual's health, lifestyle and well-being, empowering her patients through meaningful connections and conversations.

Outside of work, Dr. James enjoys jogging, hiking, spending time with family and friends, cooking and exploring the Raleigh-Durham area.

As a result, I left with a clear, reasonable proposal for a heathcare plan. She agreed to help me to help myself take better care of my health.
