Manoj Sebastian, DNP

Manoj Sebastian is a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner with board certification, specializing in the care of extremely premature infants. His clinical expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs that these vulnerable patients face. He began his undergraduate education at Bangalore University in India, focusing on economics, sociology and political science. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from Madras University in India. He relocated to the United States and transitioned into a health care focus, earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Denver, CO. He remained in Denver, earning a master’s and doctorate in nursing while attending Regis University.

With a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care, Sebastian is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of both the infants and their families during such critical times. Sebastian's approach to patient care is centered around the philosophy of family integration. He believes that involving family members in the care process not only enhances the emotional support for the infants but also empowers parents and guardians to be active participants in their child's health journey. This holistic perspective fosters a nurturing environment where families can feel more connected and informed, ultimately leading to better outcomes for the little ones in his care.

When not at work, Sebastian finds joy in outdoor activities, particularly road biking and playing volleyball — allowing him to connect with friends and fellow enthusiasts.
