Dr. Lilley makes you feel comfortable and really listens to my concerns/questions. Nurses, Alice and Jennifer are super caring and so was her assistant who took my vitals - sorry, I forgot her name. The two women at the front desk were very friendly.
The ER nurses was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and explained things very well. The hospital and offices were very clean. Service was fast and waiting area was comfortable for family. Dr visit were on time.

My surgery experience at Wake Med Cary was excellent. EVERYONE was amazing. I am picky. I am a Rex girl and I did not know if I would find WM to be as good and it was.....maybe even a bit better. ALL of the nurses were amazing. Your entire Nuclear medicine team rocks: RYAN, DANNY and OAKLEY. They know their stuff and are extremely patient, kind and helpful. Dr. [] giving my dye was really nice. LINDA, the anesthesiologist was the best and most personal I have ever had (and this is my third [] surgery). I could just sit and talk to her all day. My overnight nurses were Anna, Anha, Jaylisa and one more A on the overnight shift....I can't recall her name right now, but she was great and so were the others. Your people arethe ground are great.

I’m a little confused about whether I am rating the office visit or the surgery. Either was top notch.
