I have received nothing but excellent care from Wake Med. I am a spouse of a retired Marine and had to find new care facility when my husband retired. Wake Med has been phenomenal with accepting my insurance and my care team is and has always been exceptional. Currently here in Apex, Cary and Garner. Everything was perfect but the scheduling process was amazing. I self scheduled a virtual appointment online for new onset knee pain that I thought could possibly be a blood clot. The office called me within 15 minutes to listen to my symptoms and told me I needed to be seen in person for this type of pain. My provider, Dr. []- who is wonderful, was not available and I was given a different provider who’s office is closer to the location where I was working. I was very pleased with how kind, understanding and accommodating the scheduler was to my needs. Dr. Rose was wonderful as well. She spent a lot of time to pinpoint my discomfort and listened to what happened leading up to the knee pain. She gave me a few exercises to do which have improved my pain. Overall this was a fantastic experience.

This was only my second visit with Dr Rose; I switched to her as my PCP after Dr [] left the practice. She has been nothing but professional, thorough, and caring.
I felt that Dr. Rose took her time and did her best to help me identify/manage my jaw pain. She helped me learn a couple relaxation/stretching exercises to help my tightness.
I have pretty bad anxiety going to medics appointments. Marcus- the nurse that took my vitals was extremely nice and that really helped ease the anxiety. Dr. Rose was extremely nice, understanding, and really took time to go over my medical conditions, medications, and any other issues I have been having. Doctor did not even talk about the primary issue I was there for. She spent 30 mins talking about the secondary issue and asked me to setup follow up appointment when I said I am in pain. She rushed out and did not care I was in pain. Very inconsiderate and horrible way of dealing.
