About Me
Dr. Lewis Overton is a board-certified ear, nose & throat (ENT) physician with clinical interests in adult and pediatric general ENT, head/neck cancer and endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid, and endoscopic pituitary surgery), as wells as open and endoscopic skull base procedures. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and completed his residency in Otolaryngology at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he served as the chief resident.
Dr. Overton completed a fellowship in advanced head and neck surgical oncology and skull base surgery with the Queensland Skull base Unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. Dr. Overton focuses on providing the most advanced care to patients while maintaining a level of quality and safety that is second to none.
Outside of work, Dr. Overton enjoys going to the beach, surfing, hiking, swimming and traveling. While at home, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, daughter and their dog, Loki.
