Laura Dosier, MD

Dr. Laura Dosier is dual board-certified in pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine. She has clinical interests in sleep disordered breathing, children dependent on technology due to lung and airway disease, chronic lung disease of premature infants, and asthma. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California and attended medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Dosier completed fellowships in both pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine after finishing her residency as a pediatric chief resident.

Dr. Dosier has wanted to be a doctor for as long as she can remember after having had strong physician role models in her life that worked tirelessly to take care of their patients, families and the community. She feels fortunate to be doing what she loves and taking care of children with breathing problems and sleep disordered breathing. Dr. Dosier believes in using the best medical evidence to assess and treat each patient while listening to the needs of the individual and their family.

In her free time, Dr. Dosier enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children and extended family. Together they enjoy playing board games, riding bikes and swimming.
