Kyler Pilewski, PA-C

Kyler Pilewski is a board-certified physician assistant with a clinical interest in acute care, especially wound closure. With his transition to a hybrid model of both primary and urgent care, he is interested in offering preventative medicine and providing structure to patients’ care plans. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Husson University in Bangor, ME. He then earned his master’s degree through Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC.

Pilewski’s personal patient care philosophy is to listen to understand, not to respond. While growing in his practice, he noticed the consistent benefit in listening to patients. It not only made visits more efficient but also allowed patients to express details that might not have been mentioned if the clinician were leading the conversation.

Outside of work, Pilewski’s hobbies include hiking, traveling internationally, biking, running, cooking and trying new Triangle restaurants.
