Dr.Kirby really took the time to assess my symptoms,past history of [...] and did a thourough exam to determine what tests to do immediately to prescribe the correct medications and care I should take.Also,she told me to call to get an immediate appointment if not feeling better in a week.I appreciate all she did to help me.

She went way above and beyond explaining to Wes teaching to my daughter how to detect the signs of strep throat. Everything was outstanding! The bedside manner was wonderful. It was not crowded on a Sunday in the afternoon. I was in and out of urgent care in forty five minutes. I’ve never had such a quick, great experience with urgent care.
Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and helpful. They quicky figured out the issue, took care of it immediately, and I was feeling better within a day of treatment. I've ready recommended the office to a friend and plan to move my primary care there as well.

This was my first visit to this facility for urgent care. The intake process was quick and easy. All the staff treated me very well and with kindness. The doctor was very thorough and was able to diagnose me and prescribe me what I needed. Already feeling better a few days later and couldn’t be more assured that my health is in good hands.

I was lucky to get in at a very quiet time. Usually we wait for 2 hours before seeing the dr. I was not looking forward to the wait but I got lucky. There are signs that say you can book an urgent care apt before coming in. But no one was able to tell us how to do that for the next visit.

I was in and out in 45 min to an hour. Checking in was easy and friendly. Everything was great. My condition and prescriptions and home care were all explained to me in full. I also received info on the availability of the rx in my town.

Krista provided excellent care. I did not feel like she was rushed, she provided detailed explanations and I felt that she listened to my concerns. She even provided some suggestions on where I can establish a pcp since I currently do not have one. Great experience- wish I could request to see her every time!
Wait time was low; was in and out pretty quickly without feeling rushed out which is wonderful. Everyone, including the doctor, was very polite and personable. I left very pleased!

Considering I was in pain and having difficulty moving it seemed to be a painless process and I came out better than I went in.

I was experiencing stabbing pains in my heart (definitely not heartburn) and was afraid that I was having a heart attack, as my mother had had a similar stress induced heart attack. Ms. Kirby was professional, listened carefully to my explanation of concerns and symptoms, and asked detailed questions for clarification. However, at that moment, it was far more important to me that she was warm, caring, concerned and comforting. I have not seen her as a provider before, but would most definitely prefer to see her again when I am at this urgent care. In addition, I greatly appreciated the detailed information she gave me with regard to the next steps in my treatment.
