I really liked that scheduling kept only two patients in the waiting room at a time, and that was only for a few minutes. Also, this is especially impressive since I accidentally made my appointment for another site so they were having to work me in. The registrar didn't mind switching the appointment over to this clinic, which I greatly appreciated! I have already talked to others about how great the experience was. The fact the waiting room was very limited to exposure to others is very impressive for an urgent care visit. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. It wasn't very long before my pain had been addressed and I was on my way back home. They made a very good experience out of a bad situation, for which I am very thankful!
