Kim Teague, NP

Kim Teague is a nurse practitioner with clinical interests in evidence-based practices and preventative care. She earned her masters of science in nursing from Chamberlain University in Charlotte, NC.

Teague's patient care philosophy is based on trust and understanding of individuality. She acknowledges that all people have unique experiences, knowledge and values that should be integrated into shared goals. Working together, she believes, is the key to ensuring best outcomes for patients and their families.

When not at work, Teague enjoys going to the gym, running, hiking and spending time with family.
