Katie Morello, PA-C

Katie Morello is a board-certified physician assistant with clinical interests in combining evidence-based principles with a multidisciplinary approach for comprehensive cancer care. Morello completed her undergraduate education with a major in dietetics and minor in chemistry while attending University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She went on to finish her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC.

Morello’s approach to patient care is grounded in empathy, compassion and collaboration. She strives to provide holistic, patient-centered care that recognizes each patient's unique values, goals and experiences throughout the cancer journey. She believes the best care begins with listening, building trust and ensuring patients feel heard, respected and empowered to guide decisions about their treatment. She is committed to educating patients; fostering shared decision-making; and partnering with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care goals that align with what matters most to them.

When not caring for patients, Morello’s hobbies include running, doing CrossFit, playing volleyball and baking sourdough. She also relishes quality time spent with her friends, family and cat.
