I was extremely impressed with how respectful and thoughtful my doctor was, she made sure to ask questions and really listen to my answers and I loved that she was already thinking about the future and what could be in store for my health down the road. Everyone that I encountered in the office was kind and helpful, especially the people who checked me in and out and the medical assistant who took my vitals, did my intake, and gave me a vaccine.

My appointment with Dr. Cziraky was scheduled several months in advance, I trusted my oncology office to guide me to the right new provider but had reservations waiting so long. But I now know why there is such a long wait, Dr. Cziraky is an excellent provider, she made me feel comfortable (not always easy in medical offices), was very thoughtful, kind, relatable, thorough and professional. She made sure all of my questions were answered. The WakeMed system has so far been very good, the referrals she gave me on Monday have all been scheduled so Dr. Cziraky’ s follow up was fantastic. I have already recommended Dr. Cziraky to others.

As a new patient and one who has avoided doctors for many years my experience with Dr. Cyzraki has made me realize the importance of being more informed of my current state of health and that having a primary care doctor that was thorough as well as one that took some time to get to know me and answer my questions with a thoroughness as well as caring is very important to address my current state of health. The staff and nurses were also very helpful and pleasant.

From the at the front counter, the nurse that took my vitals reviewed my medications, to Dr. Cziraky who took the time to cover everything, and finally the phlebotomist who took my blood all were very nice and helpful.

The check-in staff, the assisting nurse, Dr Cziraky and the technician giving me my blood test...all these people are highly professional, plus being friendly at the same time. I feel very fortunate that I have been one of their patients for quite a while now. Dr. Czirarky was amazing, I felt that I was being heard with my issues. She made it feel more like collaborating to fix my issue rather than her telling me what to do. 10/10 would recommend her and go back to her.
How nice the nurse was welcoming me made me relaxed
I love everything - the two associates at the front /reception desk were welcoming and kind. The nurse got information and checked blood pressure etc. and was SO kind. Dr. Cziracky is so very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail and in a way easy to understand. She is personable and I appreciate that!
