About Me
Katherine Murphy is a board-certified physician assistant with clinical interests in general orthopaedics and sports medicine. She received her master’s in physician assistant studies from Campbell University and bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.
Murphy strives to provide an individual approach to every patient, focusing on each patient's unique needs to develop the optimal treatment plan with an emphasis on patient education and injury prevention. As a former D1 collegiate ice hockey player, Murphy enjoys staying involved with hockey through coaching and attending Carolina Hurricanes games. To stay active, Murphy plays ball hockey, cycles, plays with her dog, bakes, and enjoys exploring new restaurants in the area.
