About Me
Dr. Karen Wilhelm joined WakeMed in 1995 and is a board-certified Clinical Neuropsychologist with clinical interests in brain injury, stroke, and dementia. Dr. Wilhelm completed her graduate studies in Psychology at West Virginia University and an internship and post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology. She specializes in providing cognitive assessment to neurologically compromised adults.
Dr. Wilhelm strives to provide care that is compassionate, timely, and based on best practices. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and riding horses.
