About Me

Dr. Joshua Macomber is a board-certified cardiologist, with specialty training in cardiac and peripheral diagnostics and interventional procedures.  Before relocating to NC, he was previously in private cardiology practices in Worcester, Ayer and Marlborough, MA.  

Dr. Macomber completed medical school, residency and his fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Medical Center in Worcester, MA.

Dr. Macomber has a passion for running and enjoys golfing and skiing in his free time. He also enjoys traveling, staying active with his family and spending time with his dogs. He is especially proud of his four children and their accomplishments.

I had to cancel my appointment because I had a migraine & the office called me back to reschedule my appointment in a couple of days!
Dr McCumber is great he goes through all my
medical records since I’ve seen him! He listens, orders more tests if needed then walks you to the checkout, stands there until your test or whatever is scheduled AND that your return appointment is made!
