Josh McConaghay, NP

Josh McConaghay is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a clinical interest in oncology. He has dual bachelor’s degrees from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fl and Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA. He also has two master’s degrees from Florida State University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC.

McConaghay’s patient care philosophy includes providing a compassionate environment for patients and their families. He strives to give patients the respect and evidence-based care he would want for his own — a desire that resonates with him personally since some of his family members are breast cancer survivors. Desiring to offer the most comprehensive care, he values being an active listener in order to learn more about the patient and provide comprehensive answers to patient questions and concerns.  Having worked previously in education, he enjoys taking the time to ensure patients understand their diagnosis and treatment plans.  

Outside of work, McConaghay loves playing sports with his sons, serving in his local church, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams as he’s originally from southeast PA and playing guitar and mandolin.
