About Me
Dr. Lykes earned his bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and continued on to achieve both his Master in Public Health as well as his medical degree from UNC-CH. He then went on to complete his residency and internship with the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C.
Dr. Lykes was a clinical instructor of pediatrics for George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and has research experience with the Children’s National Medical Center REACH program which focuses on Research, Education, Advocacy, and Child Health care. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity International as well as with the STEP (Students Teaching Early Prevention) program.
