Excellent care and service

My experience at WakeMed Primary Care Clinic was simply outstanding. Every single staff member was incredibly kind. The lady at the front desk — I don’t remember her name, but I’ll never forget how warmly she treated me — was an absolute angel.

Dr. Hanna also deserves special recognition. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication made me feel completely taken care of. On top of that, not having to wait long to be seen made the whole experience feel like VIP treatment.

Another highlight is the MyChart app — intuitive, practical, and very helpful for managing my health.

If the highest rating is 10, I would absolutely give them a 15. Highly recommended.
