Dr. Smith Mathus and nurse/PA were the type medical personnel I have been looking for.
The care was thorough.
I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, with a smile and friendly. Staff were helpful, doctor was informative, helped make a medical plan with explanations.

When I told Dr.Smith that I would soon be leaving the area and was concerned about finding another urologist she offered to use her contacts to see if there was someone in the area where I was moving who would be willing to take me on as a patient. I was very touched by her concern and care for a patient such as myself.
Dr, Smith-Matthus is very compassionate, caring and patient. I have been under her care since February for a workup to evaluate recurrent []. I so appreciate her clearly explaining the results of tests and her plan of care. At the present time I am infection free and stone free and do not need to return for a year. Her excellent evaluation skills and clinical skills have returned me to health. I was in need of a medication that would help reduce future infections that was too expensive for me. She made me aware of a patient assistance pharmacy that makes the medication affordable. I am grateful that she has taken the time to find resources that meet the needs of her patients.
The interest in me as a patient and my needs were Dr Smith 1st priority, her explanations and showing my X-ray at the same time . Awesome

Dr. Smith was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She explained the medication she prescribed and how to obtain it if my drug coverage was too expensive. I did get the prescription with no problem from CVS and it is working great. Thanks to Dr. Smith I am feeling much better. She said to call the office or send a message in my portal if there are any further issues.
Dr. Smith was fully informed as to my medical status and was very thorough with her explanation of the test results. Additionally she took the time to review the imaging test results with me. She was wonderful.
