Gillian Sudderth, PA-C

Gillian Sudderth is a board-certified physician assistant with a primary clinical interest in sleep medicine. She cares for patients with a broad spectrum of sleep disorders and has a particular interest in insomnia and narcolepsy. Her goal is to help patients understand the underlying factors affecting their sleep and partner with them to achieve restorative, healthy rest. She attended University of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK, for her undergraduate studies. She went on to complete a master of science in physician assistant studies from Mississippi State University in Meridian, MS.

Sudderth strives to provide compassionate, patient-centered care by meeting patients where they are and ensuring they feel heard, respected and supported. She believes in building trust through clear communication, empathy and education, so patients feel empowered and involved in their health care decisions.

Outside of her professional life, Sudderth loves finding new hiking spots around the Research Triangle Park (RTP) region; trying out new baking recipes; becoming more skilled in yoga; as well as spending time with family, friends, and her two cats.
