Emily Miller, CPNP-PC

Emily Miller is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner, committed to providing compassionate, family-centered, evidence-based care to pediatric surgical patients. She believes children achieve the best outcomes when care is delivered through close collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary health care team. Miller has always desired a career working with children, and she is grateful to have found such a rewarding one in caring for children and their families.

Her clinical interests include perioperative management of pediatric surgical patients, post-operative care and family education. Miller earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Wilmington, NC. She received her master's degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC.

In her free time, Miller enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys watching a variety of sports and spending time outdoors, specifically at the beach and in the mountains.
