This was my initial visit and I was a little nervous. The staff and doctor were very welcoming and patient. My visit was positive and encouraged me to continue using the services at this facility.
Actually every person starting with the friendly reception greeting from the wonderful lady at the front desk that made sure I was taken care of. I was late as I went to the Garner office originally which was entirely my fault as all the paperwork clearly stated that I had the appointment at the Clayton office. She took all my information to get me through the paperwork quickly and made me feel welcome by helping me any way she could. The nurse that performed the ECG was extremely nice as well and answered any questions I had. Lastly Dr Hodges ask me many questions trying to understand my situation, educated me about the test results that was the reason I was referred by my primary care doctor, and made a plan to get some more tests and an appointment 3 months from now to see how the current medications and diets are working as well as explaining a few possible treatment options based on the limited information that he had now. My entire experience exceeded all expectations!
Dr. Hodges was very thorough and caring. He made me feel very comfortable and relieved me of my anxiety about the procedure results compared to a test done elsewhere three months ago. All is well and I am a much happier patient, Please keep Dr. Hodges on your staff.
